Follow these steps to add the app to your device for instant, full-screen access — just like a native app. Works on every platform.

Open in Safari

Tap the "Open App" button above, or navigate to ops.mercuryholdings.co in Safari. This must be done in Safari — it won't work from Chrome or other browsers on iPhone.

Important: You must use Safari on iPhone. Other browsers do not support installing web apps on iOS.

Tap the Share Button

Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari — it looks like a square with an arrow pointing up.

Select "Add to Home Screen"

Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen". You may need to scroll down to find it.

Tap "Add"

The name will be pre-filled as "MH Ops". Tap "Add" in the top-right corner. The app icon will appear on your home screen.

The app will now open in full-screen mode — no browser bars, just like a native app.

Open in Chrome

Tap the "Open App" button above, or navigate to ops.mercuryholdings.co in Google Chrome.

Tap the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.

Select "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App"

Look for "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" in the menu. The wording may vary slightly depending on your device.

Confirm Installation

Tap "Install" or "Add" when prompted. The app icon will appear on your home screen and in your app drawer.

On Android, the app installs as a full standalone app — it even appears in your app switcher separately from Chrome.

Open in Chrome or Edge

Navigate to ops.mercuryholdings.co in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on your Windows PC.

Look for the Install Icon

In the address bar, you'll see a small install icon (a monitor with a download arrow). Click it. Alternatively, click the three-dot menu (⋮) and look for "Install Mercury Holdings Ops".

Click "Install"

A prompt will appear asking to install the app. Click "Install" to confirm. The app will open in its own window.

The app will be added to your Start Menu and Taskbar. You can pin it for quick access — it runs in its own window, separate from the browser.

Launch Anytime

Find "Mercury Holdings Ops" in your Start Menu or Taskbar. The app launches instantly in a clean, dedicated window — no browser tabs or address bar.

Tip: Right-click the app in your Taskbar and select "Pin to taskbar" for one-click access every day.

Open in Chrome or Edge

Navigate to ops.mercuryholdings.co in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on your Mac. Note: Safari on Mac does not currently support PWA installation.

Important: Use Chrome or Edge on Mac. Safari does not support installing web apps as standalone apps on macOS.

In the address bar, you'll see a small install icon. Click it. Or click the three-dot menu (⋮) and select "Install Mercury Holdings Ops".

Click "Install"

Confirm the installation when prompted. The app will immediately open in its own dedicated window.

The app will be added to your Applications folder and Launchpad. It runs in its own window — no browser chrome, just the app.

Find "Mercury Holdings Ops" in Launchpad, Spotlight, or your Applications folder. Launch it anytime for a clean, full-screen experience.

The Ops Platform is a Progressive Web App (PWA). It works just like a native app — full-screen, fast, with push notifications — but you install it directly from your browser. No App Store or Play Store download needed.
Yes. After installing the app and logging in, you'll be prompted to enable push notifications. You'll receive real-time alerts for new tasks, messages, and important updates — just like a native app.
Yes. Unlike traditional apps, the Ops Platform updates automatically in the background. You'll always have the latest version without needing to visit an app store.
Apple requires web apps on iPhone to be installed through Safari. However, on macOS, Safari does not yet support PWA installation — so you'll need Chrome or Edge on your Mac. On Windows and Android, Chrome or Edge both work perfectly.
On iPhone, make sure you're in Safari and scroll down in the share menu. On Android, check Chrome's three-dot menu. On desktop, look for the install icon in the address bar or check the browser's three-dot menu. If you still don't see it, try refreshing the page.
